PERSONAL
Mr. Galosic was born in San Pedro, California, admitted to the California State Bar in 1987, and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts throughout California. Mr. Galosic graduated from the University of Southern California in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Galosic is also a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate, and a member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors. Over the years, Mr. Galosic has been active in his community and as a volunteer and coach for many youth sports, church, and charitable organizations, and has served on several boards, including Little League and the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

Joseph M. Galosic is licensed to practice law in the state of California, and began his career first as an associate lawyer, then as a partner, with law firms specializing in real estate, business litigation, and transactions. Mr. Galosic then opened his own law practice and worked as a sole practitioner for nearly 25 years. Over the years, Mr. Galosic has represented numerous clients on a variety of issues relating to real estate, business, contracts, commercial, transactional, and general civil litigation matters. Mr. Galosic’s practice areas include real property law, employment law, business formation, secured transactions, bankruptcy, and commercial code. Mr. Galosic’s significant real estate experience includes judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, appointments of receiver, deficiency judgments, property management, leases, landlord-tenant, and real property transactions.
