
Mr. Taylor devotes his practice to tax litigation and business reorganizations. Formerly an assistant U.S. attorney and senior trial attorney for the Central District of California, he served as attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, General Litigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. He served as an adjunct professor, teaching bankruptcy tax, tax remedies and federal tax procedures at Golden Gate University, 1994-1999.
